Palmas Recovery is not a medical service; however, we do provide daily Doctor Visits to ensure your well-being. This service does not substitute follow up appointments with your surgeon, who will remain responsible for your medical care. We center our service on providing assisted living during post-op time.
- Palmas Recovery is an all women post-op recovery facility; no companions are allowed to stay with our guests. No men allowed, no children, no pets.
- The available services included in the stay fee are the following: 24/7 care by one of our trained personnel, 3 scheduled healthy meals + 2 snacks during the day, laundry services for bed sheets and 1 load of personal laundry + garment washing daily and local transportation services. All other services available at Palmas Recovery are optional and do require an extra fee.
- Local Transportation services are limited to one drive from surgery place to Palmas Recovery, transportation to follow-up appointments and one drive to a final destination in Tijuana. Cross border transportation can be arranged at an extra fee with third party contact.
- All reservations require a 250 dlls nonrefundable deposit fee. Reservation quotes are subject to change until deposit fee is covered. This also applies for availability, meaning no reservations become binding until deposit fee is covered.
- Payment methods for deposit fees and full payment for reservation may be made through Zelle, bank transfer or cash.
- Full payment for reservation is due 7 days prior to check in day.
Cancellation policy:
-Deposit fees are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
-A 200dlls cancellation fee will be charged if made less than 7 days prior to check in date.
-Cancellations made 7 or less days prior to check in day will not be granted any refunds of the total deposit paid.
-One reschedule is granted in case of surgery cancellation for medical reasons only. A deposit fee will be charged in case of reschedules.
- There are absolutely no refunds for no-shows.
-Deposit fees are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
